Getting your home ready for photos

 

INTERIOR

• All lights on. Replace burned out bulbs…. use all the same color.

• Clean off all kitchen counters and remove items from sink.

• Clear and clean bathroom counters and shower/tub. No tooth brushes left out.

• Open all window shades. Mini blinds should be in Horz position or pulled up.

• Clear fridge of magnets and clutter.

• Declutter all dressers and night stands. Stow personal items glasses etc.

• Fans, tv’s & computer screens off.

• Remove all pets items

• Make beds

EXTERIOR

• Mow Lawn

• Hide garbage cans and yard tools

• Remove cars from driveway ( & front of the house if possible ).

• Sweep porches and decks.

• Uncover barbecues. If unsightly consider stowing them.

• Open patio umbrellas.

• Exterior lights on (unless sensored).

Not all homeowners may be able to do everything on this list. Just do what you can  and don't worry. We will make your home look it's best.
