Hope this note finds you well! I wanted to share with you and THANK YOU so very much! The last home that you photographed for me at 4633 NW Walden St Camas went live on Feb 14th, had 17 offers and 38 showings. We were so busy that, rather than accept the first offer that came in, we made a cut off for offers to be Sunday at 4pm. In large part to your amazing photos that got people in the door, the sellers are under contract at 70K over asking price. They could have gone higher if they'd have decided to execute the escalation clauses. It was a whirlwind experience like I have not seen before and want you to know how much I value your skill and help in getting this one and the many others sold!
